Located near the town of Sassoferrato, this easily accessible country house is located on the edge of a stream. The house (former mill) is surrounded by a courtyard with a large solarium. The two levels of the house are not (currently) connected. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, two bedrooms plus a terrace and a bathroom. On the lower floor, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a closet, a small balcony and a cave. There are radiators, but they are not connected, currently the house is heated by two stoves.
