Restored house on the edge of the old city walls of Orciano. The house consists of three floors, the staircase is jointly owned with the neighbors, although this staircase is never used by them because they have their own entrance and internal staircase.

The house is divided as follows: on the ground floor a tavern which is used as a studio, and two basement rooms, one of which is used as a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen, and living room with stove, storage space and a beautiful terrace. On the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom and a storage room

Orciano is a nice town with all necessary amenities, it is only a 20 minute drive to the beach and about 45 minutes to Ancona airport
