Large country house, renovated 20 years ago, preserving the taste, materials and shapes of the local rural tradition. The intervention, carried out almost 20 years ago, was aimed at a complete renovation of the building, addressing the foundations, earthquake resistance and thermal insulation. The heating of the house, in addition to the classic central system with LPG, also consists of four powerful wood stoves. The water supply is provided by public water pipes and by a groundwater well. In the garden of the house, of about 6,500 square meters, there is a small swimming pool, several gazebos, the vegetable garden, together with fruit trees and 50 olive trees. In addition, a photovoltaic system for the production of 3.5 kW. The house is designed as two independent apartments. The first, where the owner lives, is the largest. Spread over two floors and with enough space inside for a small two-room apartment for guests: space that can be reconnected to the main house or, as now, kept separate for friends or guests. This two-room apartment is located next to the main house, where on the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a closet and on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a closet. The country house is located in a very panoramic position overlooking the entire Metauro Valley and is about 12 km away from Fossombrone and 24 km from Fano, the coast and the sea.
