Restored country house overlooking the town of Fano and the sea.

It was completely restored in 2000-2001 and in 2013 an annex was built in a wooden structure of about 60 m2 in which there are two guest rooms each with a private bathroom.

The house has three floors: a basement of 100 m2 with a tavern, kitchen, sauna, laundry room and a storage room (cellar)
