In the historical center of Saltara, a single house composed of two residential units and a commercial space, build on three levels. The first living unit has to be renovated completely : The main house consists of a ground floor: laundry, cellar, garage; on the first floor: living room, kitchen, study, bathroom, three bedrooms; on the second floor: kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
