Small completely restored country house located a few minutes from the historic center of Serrungarina, completely renovated. If you leave the paved road, you reach the house via a well-maintained municipal dirt road. The context is typical of the Marche region, with its beautiful rolling landscapes. In just over twenty minutes you can reach the coast and the town of Fano, all the necessary amenities are available within 10 minutes and it is a forty minute drive to Falconara airport. The land around the house is 3,500 m2. on which there are numerous olive trees and various fruit trees.
