In the hamlet of Montefiore, between Recanati and Montefano, about 20 minutes from the coast, renovated farmhouse with 4,500 square meters of exclusive land on which there are, in addition to the main house, a 140 square meter garage and a basement, also several olive trees and a recently built swimming pool (12 X 6.)
