Stone house with breathtaking views, located in the historic center of Gualdo, a stone's throw from the nature reserve of the Sibillini Mountains. The house, unique in its kind, is surrounded by a garden of 1,500 m2 that guarantees peace and privacy. The ground floor features beautiful arches dividing the living areas. Especially on the south side of the house there are large windows that provide light. On this floor there is a large kitchen , a large dining room and a sitting room, all with access to the outside, as well as a laundry/utility room and wc . Going up the stairs, we find a large living room with high ceilings and the central access point for the three bedrooms, all of which are large in size and equipped with air conditioning.
