All windows and patio doors of the villa and outbuildings are fitted with mosquito nets; the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and the master bedroom with an air conditioning system.

The ground floor with a spacious kitchen with adjoining fireplace and technical room / cupboard, a large dining area, a bathroom with ceramic floor and walls, another cupboard / hall, and large living room with fireplace. Electrical system: The house is self-sufficient as it is equipped with a 10 kw photovoltaic panel system, installed in a shelter away from the house and without visual impact. The photovoltaic system produces 12/13,000 kw/year, which covers the internal energy needs of the villa (exchange on site).

Heating and sanitary water system: the heat requirement for both heating and sanitary water is guaranteed with a geothermal heat system in combination with a heat pump and solar panels.
